Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can we pick up from your store.  Answer - No sorry we are online only and have no collection point.

2. How long will my order take to be shipped. Answer - We do ask for 10 working days for shipping but in reality orders leave within 2-3 working days. There is no need to contact us if you are within the 10 working days as we are processing your order.  If there is a problem and your order will take longer we will be in contact with you to advise

3 Can I request for my delivery to be left if I am not at home. Answer - All our deliveries require a signature which is a requirement of our insurance.  If you are not home Australia Post will leave you a card and the order will be waiting for you at your nearest post office or Australia Post alloted collection point.

4. Can I add a gift card when sending a hamper. Answer - Yes please leave your message in the comments box at checkout.
