Recipe and Instructions ...
20 drops Eucaliptus Essential Oil
Method...
Warm the sweet almond oil in a microwave and dissolve in 1 tbsp of the menthol crystals. We do this as menthol crystals are not water soluble. Add this to your dry ingredients with the essential oil and mix well. Spritz with the witch hazel untill the mix is like damp sand and holds together when squeezed. Add 1 more tbsp of menthol crystals, this is so the shower steamer looks fantastic and has shiny bits running through it. Press the mix firmly into moulds and allow to dry for 24-48 hours. Filling the mould tightly will make the shower steamer fizz for longer. To use your shower steamer place on floor of your shower and just off to the side of the flow of water and let dissolve slowly, releasing all the amazing aromas.
